To ensure the eligibility of our players for the European Championship in Serbia, we must submit their passports to the International Rugby League (IRL). All parents or players over 18 must sign the "Sensitive Data Operational Rules Consent Form."
Parents must sign on behalf of players under 18.
Players over 18 can sign the form themselves.

Dear Parents and Players,
As we prepare for the European Championship in Serbia, we need to submit player passports to the International Rugby League (IRL) to check eligibility. To do this, all parents, or players over 18, must sign a document titled “Sensitive Data Operational Rules Consent Form.”
